I can’t change telco from M1 to GOMO because the number is under my partner’s NRIC so GOMO can’t port the number over. M1 won’t allow us to transfer ownership because it’s a Bespoke SIM-only plan.

Maybe you can ask your partner to port to GOMO and then transfer your ownership there?
