What makes a chocolate gift feel truly special?

I’ve noticed that people are moving beyond regular chocolate boxes when choosing gifts. Gourmet chocolates, handcrafted truffles, chocolate dragees, flavored almonds and thoughtfully packed gift hampers seem to make the experience more personal.

For weddings and corporate gifting especially, customized packaging and a mix of sweet and savory treats can make a gift feel much more memorable.

What do you usually consider when choosing a premium chocolate gift — taste, presentation, variety, customization, or the occasion?
