My suggestion is to look at your goals instead and see how much you need to achieve them. That should be a good gauge of whether what you have at this age is enough or not.

Same age but just started working so I don’t have much. Crypto, stocks and some endowment plans maybe $10k?

It’s really determined by your debts/liabilities. How much cash flow you need for expenses, emergencies and your income. You can’t put a number to it. You can find a goal and work towards it!

By goal I mean saving up for a certain reason (wedding, mortgage, kids, retirement) you can then count backwards as to how much you would need to save monthly to reach that goal!
