What is the Unique Selling Point(s) of this ETF that is unlike what we already have in the market?

In short, the unique selling points are that the Lion-OCBC Securities China Leaders ETF is the first China-focused ETF in Singapore that pays out annual dividends to investors. It also has the lowest total expense expense (capped at 0.62% per annum for 2 years from inception of the ETF) among the China-focused ETFs listed on SGX.
