What is the lowest cost platform to do DCA on Irish Domicled ETF like IWDA and HK Domicled ETF for China ETF?

IBKR has prety good comms at ~USD 1 per trade. However, the main downside for IBKR is the inactivity fee (USD 10/month) which is waived when your portfolio is above USD 100k.

I don't recommend SAXO because SAXO has a platform fee of 0.12% and over the long run, when your portfolio gets bigger, this fee will get bigger together with it which might be quite unpleasant. Moreover, IBKR has lower comms anyways.
