What is the eligibility to buy 3RM from sales of balance flats but I’m selling my resale 3RM?
I’m staying at a resale 3RM and has met MOP of 5 years. Looking to sell and buy another 3RM in a better location. But thinking of buying new flats from HDB SBF.

Sale of Balance flats typically have the same eligibility criteria as a BTO, and single citizens can only buy a 2-room Flexi flat after they turn 35 years old.
If you bought the resale 3RM flat with another family member (Singaporean citizen) or with your SC/PR spouse, then there's no issue assuming you plan to stick with the same arrangement for the new flat. The main eligibility criteria is just the income ceiling, then.
