What is the cheapest way to transfer USD from OCBC to Saxo?

I have a forex account with OCBC where I keep USD currency. When I try to transfer it directly to my Saxo USD sub-account, there is a $15 transfer fee imposed by OCBC. Is it cheaper for me to use Transferwise instead?

You may find it convenient to create a SGD sub account and transferring funds to USD sub account (at a currency conversion fee of +/- 0.3%)
