I have a FX account with OCBC (in USD), and I want to transfer this to my Saxo sub-account (also in USD). When I transfer directly from OCBC, there's a $15 transfer fee. Is there another way to transfer this in a cheaper way (e.g. Transferwise)? Thank you!

Not sure what currency or situation you are facing.. But transferring of SGD is free. If you transfer it via paynow or FAST, it is almost instantenous. Bank transfer will take 2-3 working days.
For other currencies, there would be bank charges. Another way to bypass bank fee is to sign up for HSBC account and do manual USD transfer over at the bank's counter.
