I was doing research on this myself and in terms of transaction fees, Gemini's should currently be the lowest at 0.35% when buying BTC (or ETH, for that matter). No need to jump through hoops to get it, just need to turn on the Active Trader mode in your Gemini account and purchase through that interface.
