When they mention unlimited rebate, is there really no maximum to it?

It does appear so. In addition, it is highligted in their terms and conditions that "For avoidance of doubt, the 5% cash rebate on petrol transaction in Malaysia can be used in conjunction with the 1.5% cash rebate on foreign currency. "
