What is the best way to transfer USD to SGD and vice versa?

Maybe the least cost or like the best exchange rate. I don't have to get the money in cash, just any platforms/banks that offer the best methods/ rates

I was using DBS Multi Currency Account to do SGD -> USD transfers while I was having school exchange in the US in 2018. It had one of the better exchange rates back then and it's also super convenient (can be done via the DBS ibanking app) if you plan to do the transfers often. I also used YouTrip to do the transfers because they give wholesale exchange rates. It is also super convenient because the YouTrip app is super user-friendly! You may read more about what people think of the YouTrip card here:

Hi!

Have to agree with Frankie that transferwise is a good platform. Easy to sign up and easy to use. Converting takes less than 10minutes. You can also apply to get a physical debit card with them for SGD10. Never let the banks do the conversion for you as they high transection fees.
