What is the best broker for buy and hold strategy for US stocks/ETFs?
I'm looking for a broker which suits my buy and hold strategy for US stocks/ETFs. Just buy and forget about it so the broker needs to have no inactivity fee and preferably no custodian fee.

TD Pros:
Zero comms
No inactivity charge
Close to spot FX rates
TD Cons:
Super long account approval
Withdrawal fee of USD25
Limited to US markets
Tiger Pros:
Low comms (USD 1.99)
Access to more markets (SGX, HKEX etc)
Super fast account approval and funding
No custody fees
Tiger Cons:
- Relatively new
