What is Ohm's 3-month trial?
Ohm's 3-month trial is embedded into all our contracted price plans. This would not be a 3 month contract price plans.
This 3-month trial is only applicable for New Ohm Customers only, for returning customers, the trial period unfortunately will not be applicable. We understand that the idea of switching electricity retailers can be daunting at the start so we are the only electricity retailer who offers you the comfort and flexibility of a trial period so that you can give us a try.
Should you feel that for any reason you would like to terminate your contract during the trial period, you can do so without incurring any financial penalties. This also means that you can change your price plan within Ohm during the trial period. However, do take note that changing your price plans after the trial period would constitute to termination fees though. Drop us a note anytime if you have any questions or doubts.
Currently, we offer 6/12/24 months contract for Fixed Ohm Price Plan and 6/12 months contract for Ohm Discount Price plan.
The 3-month trial period would mean that for a :
6-month Contract: The first 3 months is the trial period + balance 3 months (Contracted period)
12-month Contract: The first 3 months is the trial period + balance 9 months (Contracted period)
24-month Contract: The first 3 months is the trial period + balance 21 months (Contracted period)
