Am a Uni student who is planning to invest in Syfe Reit+ 100%. What is a good minimum amount to invest?

Agree with Frugal Fox that a good figure would be $50/month as you are still a student. If you have more expandable funds on hand, maybe even $80 or $100 would be good. After graduation where you have a full time job, at least $200/month would be good.
However, any amount you are able to put in after deducting your monthly expense would better.
In the end, starting with a small sum is better than never starting at all.

I think it depends on what you are trying to get out from that portfolio. If you are looking for a venue to get extra income, do note that you can only receive dividends after 20k is invested. And that should get you about 1k of dividends per year (5% rate). If you are looking for capital appreciation to grow your capital and dont care about passive income. I think maybe you should look at their Global or equity100 portfolio.
Otherwise, I think setting aside a sum of money every month, on top of your expenses, that is comfortable for your current financial position would be good.
