I'm using a cashback card, and am thinking of cancelling it for another better card. What happens if my existing card still has cash value in it from cashback, can the amount be refunded to me?

Normally, the cashback for credit card will offset your current month credit card bill. Don't think it can celling for another better card.

You cannot withdraw cashback rebates in the card. If you cancel it is forfeit.
