What do you guys think of job-hopping?

• Job hopping definately accelerate career progression.

• If you want to get promoted in a organisation 3 things had to happen.

1) somebody at a higher position quit. There is a vacancy.

2) your boss like you, and have the power to decide your promotion.

​

3) company have the budget for your promotion.

​

If these dont happen, no matter how hard you work also no use. Maybe just higher bonus. 1mth extra?.

2) interview, get the job and "promoted".

One is more passive, the other one is more proactive.
