What credit card should i get for overseas use of about 2 years?

Is it better to get a local card or a singapore credit card? Still have bills to pay in singapore, e.g. phone bills, housing loans etc.

You can use youtrip as an alternative. when rates are good, transfer more. it's good especially in the pandemic where countries are going cashless like UK. You could paywave everything (bus/train/supermarket/shopping) without the extra charges.

But I recommend to get their Local bank card once you're settled and use YouTrip only as a temporary measure. You might never know that you did something that will terminate your card or anything (eg max out your transaction or something)

When i studied overseas, I hold on to both local and Singapore credit card.
