It covers accidental damage to other people's property (e.g. if you damage a neighbouring property while renovating your client's house), and also covers accidental damage to your client's property (e.g. you accidentally damage some walls during the reno).
For employee injuries, carry Work Injury Compensation Insurance. This will cover work-related COVID, and work-related injuries/diseases.
