What can I do if I'm stuck in a traineeship where I am not learning much? Tried to apply for other positions but no good news so far. What can i do to increase employability? Cant quit and look for job cuz i need money?

Hi Anon! Sorry to hear about your experience at your traineeship and understand that it must be tough given the current job market. I'd would suggest asking for more responsibilies from your supervisor to explore other job functions in the company whilst taking up online courses on other skills that you may have wanted to take up but never had the time to get started! Alternatively, consider taking up a new side hustle and simultaneously holding on to your traineeship for the time being to ensure that you get that stable flow of income.
