What are your thoughts on Elite Commercial Trust REITs? It's a small cap REIT with 7.5% yield, and 1.06x book value. Seems like a potential high yield REIT, anyone has any input?

Since Elite Commercial Trust doesn't have a strong blue chip sponsor. Any inputs?

If u think there is a potential just put a little money in. Maybe is the next Amzn? Maybe is another sabana ? Nobody know.
