Hi there,

Think of it as you trying to buy a course. You can either buy a online subscription VS going for a face-to-face lesson. There are perks in doing both. But for many people, there are values in having a personal touch.

To put it in the context of insurance, if you see insurance as just a product, then sure, it will work for you to just buy something because it serves a basic form of utility. But if you see insurance as a holistic part of financial planning and the value in having someone to service you, whether in claims or journeying with you through your financial journey, then you might want to do it through an agent.

Financial planning is an integral part of life. You can reach me here to find out more.
