Definitely acheievale because times have changed. The gap used to be wider as women were more concerned about raising kids and being housewives.

but women nowadays are empowered to have a successful career AND be a mother. More and more women are also striving harder in their career, postponing havjng kids thus striking a better balance in salary gap.

I don't think we can achieve that statistically. What We can do is, encourage more women to take part in industries that are expandable like science and technology which are the industries that generally pay well and traditionally dominated by men.
Even if we do that, it won't gaurantee that statistical outcome is going to change. Because, It has lot to do with individual interest than gender alone and same men will fight for the same oppertunity space in a free society. But surely more women in Singapore can come on top compare to other countries if we can maximize opportunities.
