I have a $65K emergency fund. Thought of putting half in Singapore Saving Bonds and balance Citi Maxigain. Any suggestions?

Just went by Citibank today to check my effective rate post being a Citibank Maxigain user for close to 2 years - effective interest rate now is 1.5% after maximizing step-up. Might consider other optinos already!

If can, get uob one, can park 75k at 2.43% p.a., but 2 hurdles, $500 credit card spending and 3 giro payments every month.
