What are these recurring security portfolio charges for Syfe REITs?

I have Reits investment with Syfe for almost a year with monthly $200, currently the time-weight is 19.40%.

What are these below meaning for:

  • Cash Added For Security Merger
  • Security Added For Right Issue
  • Security Added For Security Merger
  • Security Removed For Security Merger

I'm not too sure but lemme give it a shot:

  • Cash Added For Security Merger: In certain mergers (e.g. CICT (C38U)), the shares of Capitaland Commercial converted to the new ticker with cash paid out to make up for the difference in value of the two REITs (CapitaMall Trust and Capitaland Commercial) that merged. As such, this likely refers to the cash paid out.

  • Security Added For Right Issue: This might refer to the new shares that were added to your account due to to rights issue under certain REITs. (e.g., IREIT Global did a rights issue in Oct 2020).

  • Security Added For Security Merger: This likely refers to new shares added due to a merger. E.g. for the Capitaland Integrated Commercial Trust, when the new shares are added, this is likely referring to that.

  • Security Removed For Security Merger: When the merger occurs, the old shares are removed as they are 'delisted', as such this entry might be referring to that. So in the previous example, Capitaland Commercial Trust's shares would be removed for the merger.

Feel free to correct me if this answer is wrong!
