I'm not too sure but lemme give it a shot:
Cash Added For Security Merger: In certain mergers (e.g. CICT (C38U)), the shares of Capitaland Commercial converted to the new ticker with cash paid out to make up for the difference in value of the two REITs (CapitaMall Trust and Capitaland Commercial) that merged. As such, this likely refers to the cash paid out.
Security Added For Right Issue: This might refer to the new shares that were added to your account due to to rights issue under certain REITs. (e.g., IREIT Global did a rights issue in Oct 2020).
Security Added For Security Merger: This likely refers to new shares added due to a merger. E.g. for the Capitaland Integrated Commercial Trust, when the new shares are added, this is likely referring to that.
Security Removed For Security Merger: When the merger occurs, the old shares are removed as they are 'delisted', as such this entry might be referring to that. So in the previous example, Capitaland Commercial Trust's shares would be removed for the merger.
