What are the terms to fulfil the minimum 5 transactions for the UOB One Card?

This 5 transaction is base on MCC code or let’s say I purchase grocery $200 ($50 per week = 4 times a month) - does this count as 4 transactions or not?

It is based on transaction count, regardless of MCC code (so long as it is an eligible transaction).

For instance, I can buy an apple a day for 5 days at a local supermarket or 5 apples a day on 5 separate occasions at the same store.
