Hi Bellez,

I assume that "perpetual endowment policy" is an endowment policy that periodically pays out to the beneficiary till the life assured passes on.

The closest one we have is a 2nd-hand PruWealth policy where partial withdrawals can be done anytime from Jan 2036 onwards, as long as the policy is in-force. You may click here for details.
