There are 5 grounds for divorce: (1) adultery; (2) unreasonable behaviour; (3) desertion for 2 years; (4) separation for 3 years with spouse's consent and (5) separation for 4 years without spouse's consent. The evidence required depends on the ground that you intend to proceed on.
