What are the best ways to show you love someone (without spending too much)?

How much budget do you have exactly, so that we can all help you think here :D

To be honest, I think most partners prefer meaningful, simple gifts to just an expensive present.Especially because he is going for a job overseas, you should give him something that he can keep with him and get reminded of you when he is there.

The best gift I gave to my partner (ex boyfriend oops) is this calendar that I bought, and everytime we met that year I would write a short snippet inside. By the end of the year, I completed the calendar and gave him a year's worth of memories!

Some ideas I have that was never executed:

• If your boyfriend loves food, then can bring him on a food tour around Singapore to eat his favourite things.

• Bring a polariod and album with you, spend the day making memories and taking pictures + writing little captions down
