Hi!
I think reading a lot of books on investing will help you better understand the some of the terminology and basic concepts of finance and investing! The most informative and easy to understand book is "The Intelligent Investor" by Benjamin Graham. Also, reading financial statements and annual reports of different companies can give information regarding their performance.
I work at kristal.AI, and it's my passion to evaluate various upcoming investment opportunities.

I thought this course offered by McGill University was rather good as an introductory course. 8 modules in all. Granted that some of its contents were Canadian-centric, I found it nice to listen to university professors lecture to me about various topics like credit card debt, mortgage debt, compounding etc. particularly, i found the last module, behavioural finances useful because the lecturer detailed the common psychological mistakes investors make: https://www.mcgill.ca/desautels/industry/commun... .I finished the entire course within half a day.
