What are some things that frustrate you in your job search? Especially for those who are fresh grads / in their 1st or 2nd jobs?

Just curious, since I recently graduated and began my job search online.

Realised I have no idea what I want to do, but most job portals weren't helping. Found myself scrolling through hundreds of JDs (many weren't relevant to my interest) and still not knowing what I want to do. Also frustrating how many employers aren't specific about the job requirements, or spam as many keywords as possible even when the role doesn't even require it. I end up trying to guess what they are looking for, or trying to apply for more roles "just in case" - which logically, I don't feel is how job search should be done. Curious if I'm the only one who felt this problem? :/

There are a lot of sales roles within companies that don't use the word "sales" and it takes you till the end of the interview to find out its about sales again. I'm not saying that sales are not good, but some people don't prefer them. So sometimes it feels a bit like a cheat.

My greatest pet peeve though, is the typical "we will contact you again..." and then they never do
