As a fresh grad, I've been applying for the SGUnited Traineeships as well as for FT jobs. Which one should I priortise more in this job search?

If I were a company, I'd rather offer a traineeship (salaries are a notch lower than usual FT hires), so I'd say the odds are slim and given the cirumstance we are all in right now, unemployment rates rising, people getting laid off, demand for jobs clearly exceeds the supply.

Perhaps you could ask the companies who have offered you traineeships whether there'd be opportunities for conversion and even if the answer is no, after the 1 year role, when the economy picks up, I'm certain you'd be even better equipped for a FT role with new skillsets and employers would also understand the situation you have been through too.​​​
