I regret doing too much carpentry on this one.
In my first home, I actually only did the floor, the toilets, the kitchen. Everything else was storebought and I saved a lot. And after 8-9 years, I could changed the style just for fun.
For this second home, I did the same plus all the carpentry in the rooms and the TV console. I think the extra carpentry cost me additional 25k and I hate how I cannot change it now. Learnt my lesson.
