What are some of the habits of yours? Is this habit a good or a bad one?

Initially, I didn't realise that this is a habit. Since schooling days, I have the tendency to watch video at the end of the day as a reward for working in the day. However, over the years, I realise this habit of mine is becoming rather unhealthy such that it eats into my day. Adding on, I do freelance after normal work hours. I will find myself rushing through my freelance work to hit the timing for my "reward session" and resulted in my own work to be rather substantial.

I am now trying to kick off this bad habit and switching it to be a reading session instead. :)​​​
