What are some of the best places to buy a resale hdb for young couple with a newborn?

Since you’ve a newborn, is there a specific primary school for your kids? If schools is important factor for you, you should start with the location around the school then find the other factor that is important for you like the amenities, etc.

This was some of the considerations when getting my resale HDB

• Is it close to your parents house? This is especially important since you have a newborn and I'm sure your parents will be able to help you take care of your newborn when needed

• Is it close to your workplace? How much time will you be spending everyday on commuting between your home and workplace?

• Are you planning to stay in this resale HDB for long? That will also determine how much you should be spending on renovation and furnishing for the house
