What are some gaps in Singapore's plant-based/vegan market?

I think is a very niche market in singapore. Most of singaporean are carnivore and people tend to love unhealthy food, salts & MSG taste so good, although we know is bad for us, that why so many fast food around singapore and always crowded.

Prehaps something new, may be how to make vegan into similar to fast food chain? Similar to subway? but i dont like the way of ordering to complex.

Taste good, affordable (less than $10 can get a set meal). Different type of vegan burger that dont taste like vegetable. As a carnivore myself, i will try it out and make it as an alternative like mcd, kfc, texas etc. If it taste good.​​​
