What are good for CC for telco and utility bills for miles? Most of my other spending are dining and groceries through paywave. Also, any mile card work with fave pay, shopback pay and fairprice app?

For utility, you may consider the new Journey card from Standard Chartered.

For telco, if you are able to make the payment directly via the service provider's portal, you may consider HSBC Revolution. Likewise for expenses through PayWave, and the rest of the merchants that you have listed thereafter.
