Is grocery shopping or bills able to earn miles for DBS Altitude Visa? Grocery at NTUC? Bills for telco, utilities?

Grocery stores are eligible spend for DBS Altitude, however, there are other cards with better mile earn rates on groceries such as HSBC Revolution.

For bills, not all are considered as eligible spend. Off my head, government, education, insurance, hospitals and utilities are some of the categories that DBS excludes.
