Activity rules

Promotion period：From 1 Dec 2022 00:00:00 to 31 Dec 2023 23:59:59 (GMT +8)

Details: This promotion is applicable to both:

1) new uSMART user who registers and opens an account during the promotion period &

2) uSMART user who has not complete his first deposit before the promotion period

The above users will receive: USD 2 cash voucher X 6（①-⑥）

The Live Broadcast cash voucher ⑦ will be issued within 5 working days to the user's account after joining a live broadcast.

The conditions to activate each cash voucher varies, please read the details below.

Cash Voucher Activation Conditions：

①USD 2 cash voucher

Activation conditions：Complete your first deposit (any amount) during the promotion period.

②USD 2 cash voucher

Activation conditions：Complete at least one US stock option trade (buy/sell/short selling) during the promotion period

③USD 2 cash voucher

Once the conditions for the cash voucher is fulfilled, the corresponding value on the cash voucher will be credited into your uSMART account within 5 working days. Cash vouchers will expire at the end of the promotion.

Notes

1) New uSMART users refer to those who did not have any trading accounts with uSMART SG and did not have any trading accounts with other uSMART entities.

2) If your uSMART account displays signs of abuse, fraud or suspicious activity (examples of and not limited to; making trades that make no economical sense or benefits, closing account immediately after claiming rewards), uSMART SG may, in its sole discretion, forfeit your rewards and limit your participation in future promotions.

3) Cash voucher and reward voucher are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for other items. Should the shares be unavailable for any reason whatsoever uSMART, in its decision, reserves the right to substitute the share with an alternative reward.

5）In case of any dispute, uSMART Securities reserves the right to make the final decision on the activity and is binding on the activity participants.

6）In case of any suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behavior and termination of the account by the Company, the Company reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover any prizes given to the customer and any legal liability or loss arising from the said customer's behavior.
