Using Grant (EHG) for pay of HDB down payment.

Hi, I want to check whether can I use the money received from grant (for my case, EHG) to pay off my down payment of 10% (HDB Loan) ?

Cash % always need be paid in cash / CPF

Yes! I have recently booked a BTO flat and the HDB officer told me that I can use EHG to pay the initial downpayment.

The grant cannot be used for the minimum cash downpayment (if any) and monthly mortgage inst...
