US Dividend Stocks

Not all US stocks have high dividend yield. I would suggest to use US stocks for capital appreciation and SGX stocks for dividend yield.

Depends on the net profit in the end? if us dividends give you more money than sreits then why not

Its better to invest in US stocks. There are 3 US stocks listed in SGX which has exposure to USA. You can consider them. My recomendation will be Keppel Pacific Oak or US prime reit. They give double the dividend yield of S reits

Do note that for US Dividend stocks, Singapore investors will have to account for dividend returning tax which will affect the returns
