As a US citizen I have found investing options in Singapore to be rather limited, the banks I use will not allow me to invest outside of fixed deposits. So far I only use Stashaway - what are some good alternative investment vehicles that I may be able to access? My other alternative is to transfer my funds to the US and invest there, but I would prefer to keep my Asia earnings in Asia. My risk tolerance is medium to high - looking for a 7-8% annual yield.

You will probably need to seek specialized providers as most companies tend to avoid US citizens due to the increased compliance involved (eg any insurance plan with cash value will ask "are you a US Citizen?" and similar for any managed fund etc etc)
