Trust Bank card declined at some payment machines?

Does anyone have this issue with the Trust card where you insert it into one of those small card payment gadgets often seen on counters at 7-11 and Guardian etc, and the card gets declined due to processing error?

I'm wondering if the Trust card is incompatible with some of these machines. The normal POSB debit card goes through.

Yes paywave works, so i dont have such issues.

I think the insert mechanic doesn't work for trust debit cards. do you own the credit card or the debit?

I did not have such error but I used paywave mode though....
