Travelling to Bangkok

Heading to Bangkok for a short trip in Nov. Been 5 years since I have been there.

Any general or budgeting tips to note there? Highly recommended items to get there that's a fraction of the price in SG?

(e.g. digital payment mode, money exchange place)

Use YouTrip card! Super good exchange rate! Bring your passport if u are shopping in high end mall, they offer up to 20% discount for tourist on top of the VAT refund u can get at the airport.
