Female, early 20s.
i'm still under probation for current company and is unhappy with my jobscope and has conflicts with my partner colleague, unable to get along well, he/she always showing off superiority even though we're the same position. i have saved sufficient funds for emergency and in case of unemployment. should i leave the company before my probation is up or stay till i find another job?

Seems like you don't like the job scope AND your fellow colleague (only one?).
Imo, the former is a major push factor since you are young (with aspiring career growth i presume).
If your company allow for job switch, try to see if there's any opportunity for internal transfer for a change in job scope.
Meanwhile, I also agree with only quitting after you secure a new job. Don't have to put in 100% effort for the 100% pay thou (ok, an evil advice here) :p just do your job alright & no need perfect so that no one can use it against you in any future.
Also, don't ever burn bridge.

Seems like a minor issue to stay till you can find a job. The truth is, you can't always choose who you wanna work with. And if you don't find ways to work around that, you might find yourself changing job EVERYTIME you have a colleague that is not on the same frequency as you.

Of course the most practical way is to work and wait until you find a new job BUT...
