My first ever investment was in roboadvisors. However if you are talking about individual stocks, my first ever was CapitaMall Trust. With strong financials, a string of malls in their portfolio and a decent dividend yield, I couldn't find a better REIT to invest in back then. It is currently extremely undervalued so it might be a good time to get more of CM Trust if you are interested!

Hey! I only started recently and for my first investment, i bought into DBS. I started off learning about value investing so was constantly on the lookout for undervalued companies. These days, I've changed my investment direction to look for growth companies which can compound as the years goes by.

I'm able to sleep well at night knowing ultimately S&P500 will rise in the long-term despite short-term volatility. With that, I can focus on things that truly matter such as my family and girlfriend :)

STI ETF was my first because it was accessible via DBS RSP.
