Tiger Broker US fees

I can’t find existing discussions on this but how much US stocks to buy to make it worth the fees on Tiger Broker? I tried to look at the breakdown but got confused. For eg., what is ADR? And It says it won’t charge more than 1% of the trade value etc...

I read somewhere on the forum that I should look at 0.5% for fees?

Thanks!

Refer to Tiger Brokers pricing structure for US stocks:

Since commission is USD 0.005 / share with minimum USD 0.99 / order, it takes minimum 200 US stocks to hit USD 0.99 (200 x 0.005). Similarly for platform fee.

ADR fee is only charged when the US stock you buy is an ADR:

Investopedia on ADR

In short, an ADR represents certain number of foreign shares. An example of ADR is Alibaba (ticker symbol BABA) traded on NYSE, which represents 8 shares of Alibaba (ticker code 9988) traded on HKEX.
