Cons
- Beside PIE, noise can be a concern but depending on block facing
- 5Yrs MOP + 3 to 4 years of construction
- High downpayment required due to 16K Income ceiling cap
- No 1KM to ACS Primary
- Not central Tengah, but nearer to mature town estates like JE and Bukit Batok
