My IFA non-responsive when I ask for clarification of new t&cs changes. My plan will auto switch to the βnewerβ plan from 4/21. Can recommend few insurers for late 30s?

Firstly, one of the most important things to do is to have a complete understanding of your existing insurance portfolio. Through this process, it allows us to understand the coverage that we have, any financial gap, as well as to find out whether we are overpaying for our insurance policies. I have highlighted the rest of the reasons here: https://www.blog.pzl.sg/why-every-client-needs-...
This is especially important for healthcare insurance, like the private integrated shield plan. As you have pointed out, there have been various changes in the industry and many consumers are confused by the change.
However, this is still not an excuse to not understand what is covered and what is not. Therefore, I will suggest you to have a comprehensive look at your coverage first and speak with a professional who is able to help you to this end.
If you are open to understanding the coverage from AIA Singapore, feel free to send me a coffee invite: https://www.work.pzl.sg/#coffee
Here is everything about me and what I do best.
