Hi. if i have second thought and decided not to switch my shield plan before the new shield is issued. will my previous insurer still accept me? do i need inform them to remain status quo?

Did you cancel the plan with them? can ask them to reinstate. I'm sure the insurer will be happy to keep having your premium payments.

If the new integrated shield plan is not active yet, then the existing integrated shield plan should still be active. In this case, what you need to do is to withdraw the application for the new integrated shield plan.

Since time is of essence for this question, I would encourage you to sort the situation out with your Insurance Agent as soon as possible.
