Good to do market research and project the PATMI after COGS.

The margin for bars and restaurants are very slim, plus the initial start-up sum will be huge.

I do know of people who profit more from diversifying into opening multiple mini staffs with low rent then to focus all in 1 extravagant place.

Good to think about it.

  • Coffeeshop stall is better actually, if F&B. "Open to general public." if i alone i wont go into a resturant, except fast food, and u lost the uncle, auntie market.
  • You must ask yourself how often u go to resturant vs coffeeshop.
  • And you can save staff salary, as coffeeshop everything is self service.
